This dressing is definitely one of my all time favs.
It turns a good salad or Buddha bowl into an outstanding dish.
The nutty-creamy tahini marries perfectly with the lime’s sweet-tart finish.
I like to use miso in my dressings because it adds both an earthy depth and saltiness I really enjoy.
One of the secrets to success as a vegan, is finding great sauces and dressings that turn your meals into flavourful trips to paradise.
I can’t overstate the importance of having a few great dressing options in your repertoire.

Love Love Love this dressing, thanks!
Hi Shirley!
I’m so glad you like the dressing. For a couple of great variations, add a tsp of dijon mustard and use lemon instead of lime. Cheers!
